It is available to all Wirral’s parents and carers. It aims to make resources and support more readily available, putting the power right in the hands of families to work out what you want to change, and what steps you want to take to do that.

Family Hubs
Family Hubs are for all families with children aged 0-19 (up to age 25 with SEND) to help build connections and strengthen relationships. They provide information and support to adults in those families addressing topics such as lifelong learning, employment, parenting, as well as health and wellbeing and much more.
SENDLO Wirral
SENDLO brings together information about the local services and support available across education, health and social care for families with children and young people aged 0 to 25, who have special educational needs and/ or disabilities.
The Hive Youth Zone
The Hive Youth Zone, a charity created in 2017 dedicated to making sure Wirral’s young people have somewhere safe to go, something positive to do and someone trusted to talk to.
Youth sessions:
- Juniors (aged 8-12) activities include climbing to footie and basketball, gymnastics, jamming in the music room, dance, salon nails and hairstyling, arts and crafts, cooking and baking, skateboarding and MMA.
- Seniors (aged 13-19 or up to 25 with additional needs). A space for young people to hang out with their friends and grab a bite to eat. It’s also a place for young people to challenge themselves and build independence.

ZILLO Wirral
ZILLO is a website for young people living in Wirral, Merseyside. It is a go-to place for the latest events, arts, culture, news, and helpful advice about health and wellbeing, all made for young people.
Pilgrim Street drop-in
The Drop In is open Monday to Friday 2 – 6pm for children and young people aged 11 – 18 and up to 25 for people with SEND to access one to one support on any issues that may be affecting them. From family problems and bullying to worrying and anxiety our team offer comprehensive support aimed at helping young people move forward.
Accessing The Drop In is easy. No appointment is needed so just drop In!
